Every euro we receive goes towards supporting men who might otherwise have no one, and improving what we’re able to offer them.

We’re happy to send you a donation receipt on request.
Important tax information: Zigmal is a registered association – (e.V. or eingetragener Verein) but doesn’t qualify for German charitable tax status (gemeinnütziger Verein). This means your donation won’t reduce your tax bill. Every euro still goes directly to helping men in need.
Where your money goes
We’re volunteers and don’t charge the individual men we help. Your donation pays for:
- Essential operations – Website hosting, bank fees, phone services, insurance, and travel to reach men across Berlin
- Retreat access – Travel costs for men with limited income to join our Brandenburg retreats
- Meals and supplies – For men on lower incomes at our Brandenburg garden space
- Training our volunteers – Workshops and resources to improve how we support mens
- Peer support weekends – Bringing together men’s care workers to share knowledge and prevent burnout

| €500 | | Complete weekend training for five men’s support workers |
Every amount helps – €10 buys supplies, €20 covers a phone consultation, €100 keeps our services running for a week.

Many men struggle alone because existing services don’t meet their needs. They face relationship breakdown, unemployment, mental health challenges, or social isolation without adequate help. Zigmal provides free, confidential support without judgment or pressure – which we do with your help.
