We offer psychosocial support to men – we consider the individual and social aspects of well-being equally important. Our work is especially for men whose needs aren’t met by existing public services.
Life sometimes presents unique challenges for each of us. In those times, a specific solution is needed. We trust that what you need already lies within you – but you don’t have to figure it out alone!
At Zigmal, we’re here to listen and help you make sense of what’s happening. Together, we can work out what’s most important to you and find concrete steps you can take that feel right for you.
Zigmal e.V. was registered as a formal association in Berlin in 2024.
Whether you live in Berlin or further afield, we invite you to think of Zigmal
as a resource whenever you need support.

Zigmal is here to help men when they need it – listening, helping them decide what they need to do, and supporting them in achieving their decisions.

Talk one-on-one with someone who’ll ask thoughtful questions to help you find focus.
Seeking company:
Join trusted groups or receive guidance on setting up your own.
Supporting a friend:
We can help you approach a friend who needs support and start the conversation.
Ongoing support:
Check-ins with a partner or mentor for long-term goals or skill-building.
Complementing therapy:
Access coaching, bodywork, meditation, or other resources to complement your healing.
